Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4339 HJR 56 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4296) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 56(RES) Relating to an exemption for federal land in Alaska from the federal PACFISH management strategy. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 56(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 56(RES), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 56(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. 1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4340 HJR 56 The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 56(RES)?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHJR 56(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
